You mean your car has factory xenons? You'd have to get likes like the one pictured and fit an aftermarket hid kit. The oem hid's work the same way anyway.
You couldn't fit an oem xenon kit to any other lights than oem hid lights as the bulb mounts are different.
The headlight washers will still work as they're separate.
The levelling function is controlled by the car so as long as the lights have motors then they should work too.
when I bought angel eye headlights for my corsa back it the day, you had to swap your levelling motor from your original lights into the new ones and they worked as normal.
