This is not some freaky wind up as some people seem to think, it's a genuine appeal.

Terrible state of affairs and the hospital certainly does need more blood.

My fiancee was in Leckwith when this happened. The emergency services responded very quickly (thankfully). No news on the 11 still in hospital yet. I hope this story does not become more tragic than already is :sad:

That's horrendous - I don't understand why anyone would target innocent bystanders like that :(

The driver should be make to stand in the road whilst someone drives a van at him :x
 
omg, the van targeted pedestrians, children this is so shocking... it sounds like real life GTA.

Hope they throw the book at the scum bag.
 
Let me guess - divorced father whose children were allocated to the mother and he wanted revenge?

Local rumour is that he found out of a partners affair. You know what they say about rumours though.

Irrespective - what drives people to perform such a devious act. Surely a good enough reason to bring back the death penalty......
