After market heated seats

Morning all,
Looking into a few things on the new purchase, mine has some after market 2 stage heated seats.
Passenger side works very well (happy wife yesterday bonus  ) drivers side nothing.
Thinking I’ll try to check the resistance out of the switch and compare to the working side first. Maybe the heating matt has a broken connection.
If so, anyone know what manufacturer these are so I can find the spare parts? Don’t have anything with the car for them

Google is your friend, just found the switch image and it looks like Steelmate https://www.steel-mate.co.uk/product/hsk-2-heated-seat-kit-double/

Your switch looks like ones in kits available on ebay here https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Pads-Carbon-Fiber-Universal-Car-Seat-Heater-Kits-Heating-Warmer-Cushion-Heated/203232589690?hash=item2f519b377a:g:wq4AAOSwAjVf6s7n
I have a set of two waiting to be fitted to my manual seats with the same switches as yours. If yours are not working check for power leaving the switch with a test lamp or voltmeter. Then check out the seat pad wiring, disconnect each pad and use a voltmeter set to buzzer sound and check the heating element circuit is ok by putting a lead on each of the feed wires and see if the circuit is intact, you will hear a buzz or tone if its ok. Other than that check all wiring connections are ok. If the pads circuits are broken then you will have to replace them.
The pads in the Steelmate link are the same as the ebay ones but very expensive compared to the ebay items.

Great thank you for the help with that, and the link.
I’ll work through the fault finding plan and see what I find.
Keen to get it working, the passenger one is very good.
