Aero Spoiler -- SOLD

Hi, Got the aero spoiler off my e85 for sale. It's in silver but will need painting.

Removed it after having my Z wrapped pearl white but have since sold with me going back to uni, so it's up for grabs!

Don't have an image of the actual spoiler on my photobucket, however I'm sure you all know what it looks like!

Honestly no idea on price, I just know they cost £210 in primer new.
Asking £120 because of that!

Any questions feel free, just drop me a message.
I'm in northumberland for anyone interested in collection.

Thanks kindly,
Chris

I don't know .. But I'm sure I read somewhere on here this week that he wanted one. I might have made it up!

I may have a missed a vital chapter of the Z book but i don't see the aero being a step forward on a M car :? Bit like sticking the E46 clubsport rear spoiler onto the M3 :o
Not for me

I love them, though it's a bit all or nothing without a spare boot... However, I still owe Mr W for tyres, and another unexpected life cost hit today so I'm out right now

These were part of the M performance pack... Strut brace and rear spoiler. Hope its good news Bing?

Depends what you mean by good news... A problem that can be fixed (good)... But at a cost of £950 (not so good...)

However, s**t happens

Think this has been discussed before - wasn't that pack only offered on the coupe, and involved the ECU mod to lift all the limiters ?

I think you might be right, they wouldn't have dreamt of expecting roadie owners to want a performance pack, so they reserved the option for the proper track version of the zed :-)

Here's a link to the details I posted before.

And I'm sure it wasn't available in the UK otherwise I'm sure some of the cars on the forum would have it.

Bonded :). Black silicone stuff was used on mine so no damage to boot by drilling etc... To those worried about their boots!

Thanks,
Chris

Do you think it was Betalink or silicone. From what I've read Betalink is impossible to remove without damage to paintwork.

Is yours OEM or replica one?

Honestly couldn't tell you, pretty sure it's genuine as it cost a fair bit according to the lad who I bought the car off.
I'm pretty sure it's just silicone as its rubbery to touch. Even if it is the beta link, you wouldn't nessesarily have to use that on your car when bonding it!

Thanks

Betalink dries solid. As you say the buyer could use silicone or 3m tape that is used a lot to attach spoilers
