I spoke to the ebay seller in the US selling the Duraflex reps. They're more than happy to do a group buy or 10, 15 and 20 units.
Delivery would be between $500 and $900 and would need to go to a single address, therefor they'd need to be distributed by a single person to all buyers in the UK.
if you had 20 people buying, with delivery being $900 it's really only £35 each on top of the price for a pair of replica skirts which would come in at under £200 for the set (plus some import taxes). Delivery is 2-10 weeks. I'd imagine in total you'd be expecting to pay somewhere around £300-£350 all in.
The only downside is they require a shipping broker to handle everything, which I'm afraid I'm not able to sort out.

Those US replicas are the ones that are on eBay? The yellowish ones? If so, they seem to be too expensive in my opinion for the quality they offer. The material is fiberglass, just lots of it so it won't break easily and I think (this is just a guess) that the skirts don't have the "clips" where it holds on the body, so you need to "glue" them to your normal side skirt. As I said, I'm not sure about this, but might be worth asking the seller.
I know for sure that in Spain are some people that are also interested in a pair, so maybe "joining forces" can get a company to make some injected plastic ones? I don't mind asking in the forum myself.
