Is there a discernible difference to the look of the car ?
I have always felt not especially on a black car and in some cases seem to detract on a couple of photos I've observed.
I have never seen them 'in the flesh' on a car so hope to gain the benefit of opinion of people who have

Thanks

I think better but not as much as some think on here. A nice thing to have but a lot of money for little effect (in my opinion). I would like them but not retrofit them. I would much prefer spending money on items to improve the car dynamically.

Gotta say after spending a few days in the company of a certain black roady with aero's they do look worth the investment

Thanks for that mate, very helpful. Concerned that it may flatten out the bulge of the rear wheel arch but I think the picture shows how weak the standard skirt appears
Need to see one up close

The time , £ & effort you have already invested in your car tells me they would be a great enhancement & as Ranski points out when it comes time to sell the car then you will see a good % back if sold separately

Having studied the picture I now feel that it actually accentuates the flare of the arch, certainly at that angle.
Any ideas where I can get a set mate ? price ? and I'm thinking of an Eventuri intake once I get feedback on the sound at idle and urban driving.
If it's a subtle sound below 2000 revs then I will probably get one fitted

They look stunning mate, even on a black car.

Have a look for pics of my old coupe if you want to see what they look like.

Will be getting a quote for some mid Jan.

i certainly think they look good

i like to keep my car stock but i would change these if i had the spare cash

Got a quote today from my local stealer while collecting something else.

£427.27 for the pair in primer inc vat

Seriously thinking of treating myself for xmas.

If by subtle you mean "nothing", then that is true of the Eventuri. It's noticeable at 3k+, most of all when you short shift into 3rd/4th and hit the throttle. Sounds awesome.

They have gone up in price by about 25% if the above price is correct.I paid about £330 delivered from Sopers 2 yrs ago. They should have been fitted as std as the ones fitted look plain in comparison .

But not as bad as the ///M steering wheel. I and some others paid £250 four years back, they are now near double the price at £480

Thanks for all the replies. I will get some fitted after Christmas and the intake is still on my mind.
I don't want to be driving a noisey car Until I'm driving it with some spirit.
GruppeM or Eventuri which would fit the bill ?

I think they are both very similar, the Eventuri being cheaper though. Would be nice to get some proper dyno outputs from one car using both.

More than happy with my GruppeM though
