There is substantial hyperbole spoken on this site re the desirability of these skirts. IMO, the profile adds impact and possible value to the cars of a lighter hue, eg Stratos Gray, Alpine White, both the Silvers Imola, Montego Blue, but fails with all the blacks, Night and Monaco Blues.. As for paying the prices oft quoted here, a "fool and his money are soon parted" is the phrase that springs to mind.

Going on companies making roof covers they aren’t any cheaper than used OEM. I don’t think these will be much different and then there will be the fitting quality.

I wasn’t that taken by the Aeros initially but am starting to like them.

I agree they don’t do much on the darker colours.

I personally wouldn’t pay £1000 for them but I do keep an eye out for cheapish cars that might have them fitted.

Hopefully this year, I might bag an aero kitted Z4M roadster in imola red.

If not, I’m happy with my humble 3.0
