Aero Side Sills

Hi All, as I'm prepping my Z4MC for sale, we now have for sale a set of OEM Aero Side Sills. I bought these new back in 2015 and have only been fitted and now removed once on my car. They are in Ruby Black, so perfect straight on for someone with the same colour (if you need them resprayed I can recommend a very good local bodyshop close to me). They are in fantastic condition.

These are not available new anymore, so getting rarer to find, as such I'm looking for £1000, don't flame me down, it's just the going rate...

Everything finds its own price eventually. They will sell for whatever someone is prepared to pay.

Whilst a very subtle detail, they do make a big difference to the car's appearance and as the OP says, they are becoming hard to find.
 
Here are the before and after photos. Basically there’s a crease line along the sill leading to the front

It never ceases to amaze me what a difference one crease line in a sill can make, they look great, if i was keeping my car long term and they were the right colour Id be very interested, its the cost of respraying on top of purchase price that puts me off, for someone with the right colour car these are a good deal
 
They're nicely flared out at the side, so add a really great line to the profile. The standard ones are flat and a little boring to look at.

The M cars should have had these as standard from the factory.
 
I was a bit cynical about these till I saw the images above.
They suite the car perfectly, adding to the crease design that already exists.

Likewise about a year ago sold a spare bnib set for 1k (unpainted). I ordered 2 sets by mistake in 2018, turns out they were some of the last to be available. Nice turn on £350 :o
People are asking and selling it seems at $2k in the US...

Congratulations on the sale. The Aeros will make a great addition to the buyers Z4M :thumbsup:

Just wondering if you could let me have details of your local body shop. I’ve got some work to do on my Zed and looking for recommendations.
