Aerial screw thread

Hi. I'm looking to buy some replacement aerial fixing bolts as I've cross threaded mine.

Does anyone know where to get a replacement screw thread from and also what it is called if it has a specific name. Think it might be an M6 but not sure at all.

Why don't you buy a new Peugeot stubby aeriel for £6. Looks much better than standard aeriel!

If you have damaged the base of the aeriel it's around £13 from BMW

I've already got the stubby but need a new screw thread. Wanted to see if I could get the screw thread without buying a another aerial as it is a bit of a waste.
 
Ah right. Can you get the old threaded piece out? Get 2 nuts screw them onto the thread, lock the nuts together with 2 spanners and turn the bottom nut to unscrew the threaded piece.

It's probably M5 or M6 thread so either get some threaded bar or cut the head of a bolt.

Simple!
