Can anyone help I want to remove the top part of my aerial to replace it with a stub type
Only problem is it doesn’t seem to want to unscrew
It seem to turn a few MM but won’t move
Don’t really want to put vice grips on it but it’s being really stubborn

Soak it with WD40, leave overnight, if still no go then use two pairs of vice grips, one top one bottom but pad the jaws so you don't ruin the base of the aerial.
