Advice!

Personally, I'd go for the 6 pot. Ran an M52B (2.5L) engine in my previous 3 series coupe for 260k miles. never skipped a beat.
As long as you don't rag it and stay on top of oil changes and maintain regular inspections yourself - hoses, leads, plugs, consumables etc., u can't go wrong.
Power delivery from a 6 banger is also creamy smooth too. 4 pots are good but as other's have said; a bit gutless in comparison. Leave them for your mum... :P (sorry 4 potters).

Lol, the shame of not reading entire thread before opining! Thx Marlon and good choice OP! I've had my 3.0se for almost a week and am loving it!
First job done was the motor relocation by Dave in Durham and you'll find my mini write-up over on the thread pointed out to you already. Highly reccomended and Dave and Cory are both top blokes!

Considering a calliper paint. What do you guys recon? What colour would look best?
