Just a few very thin splashes but I don't want to damage the paint. Is there a product or home remedy?

As (stronger) acids are usually used to clean mortar from bricks, I'd try an acidic wheel cleaner such as wonder wheels to help dissolve the cement - or you could even try vinegar - apply it, leave for a few minutes and rinse off, you may need a few applications but don't apply in direct sunlight and don't let it dry on the paint.

I've just remembered this stuff https://www.tool-net.co.uk/p-351327/belle-clean-concrete-dissolver-650ml-spray-bottle.html

I've never tried it but it's supposed to be non-corrosive and safe on lots of surfaces

I'd be trying a pressure washer before anything acidic, may take time, but won't mark the paint..
Mild acids such as wheel cleaner and vinegar won't harm the paint - think of how often wheel cleaner overspray gets on the paint around the wheel arches... (still not a good idea to let it dry on though)

Thanks for all the tips I'll try wheel cleaner first as I've got some in the garage, then pressure wash.
