Have a look on eBay or try the dealers, I think it’s classed as a “Sport antenna “

The sleepless nights.
The worry about whether it's the right decision.
The stress over the colour of the bodywork and the misty headlight.
The collective hours spent on this car.
The traffic the forum has taken a hit for due to the constant refreshes waiting on an update.

Then you go and let us all down by buying a different car! :poke:

If there's a Gold Thread section on here then this one should be in there.

Well done. Hope you enjoy the car although you should have bought a Roadster.

Make me feel bad now, next thread idea, what wheels 18" or 19" !??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

It would look even better with 20" :)

Maybe we could have a new 'virtual tyre kicking' sub forum where each Z4 for sale gets its own thread and we could try to emulate the greatness of this thread by arguing over the price, spec and condition, before someone nearly buys it and then doesn't...

How common is rust on a Z4?

The only thing I'm on the fence about with this car is a thin strip of rust bubbles forming at the bottom of the rear quarter panel just below the filler cap. I've only looked at two Z4s and they've both had the beginnings of rust here.

It's barely noticeable, but it's there. Eventually I'd be looking at getting that repaired.

I had a good look under the car, it's in good condition rust wise at least.

The saga continues. Do I buy it or walk away? I know if I drive it I'll be past the point of no return. The interior is stunning.

I thought we do that already with any car that is advertised for sale on the forum...

Its not common, however I've noticed one or two threads recently mentioning rust in the same area. Some members have replaced the panels.

The car you have bought is a great deal- shame the red one didn’t come off as it was lovely and unique. Good luck with the new coop.
