Advice please?

Other than being way overpriced ( jmo ) you would need spacers to have a similar stance to your original alloys & would date your E89 back a generation as these were originally on E46s well over 10 years ago
Think the 89s need a more modern wheel than MV2s :?

Thanks Mr Wilks.
Have gone for Bazas 293, which are being refurbed in Silver as we speak. Looks like they will be a straight swap in terms of fitting, but Baza says you is de guru on wheels. Offset is the same, but will I need spacers?

Cheers

They are a straight bolt on fit for your car but would stand some spacers to give a better stance
The E89s have large arches & 293s being 18s can be lost in them on Se spec cars
Purely my own thoughts but I would be tweaking the tyre sizes if you haven't already got the rubber

Buying new RFTs to go on them. Any advice gratefully received ta. What size spacers would you recommend? And, forgive my ignorance, what difference do they make?

I would get the wheels & tyres on before playing with spacers as you may like the way the wheels look & don't want a wider stance :?
In your sig it says 19s ? Are you dropping to 18s for comfort & if so why go back to rfts :(

If you insist on sticking with rf then skip the Bridgestones

I'm dropping to 18 as I don't want to risk any more cracked rims.
Will think about non rft but a bit worried about not having spare. I know they're are fixing kits you can buy but do they ruin the tires once used?

Need to think about it. Thanks for the info on spacers btw.
