Advice on wheel size for an E85

Hi,

Can anyone with experience of different wheel sizes on E85 give some feedback. Which is best for the 3.0, 18s,17 or 16?
Same with the 2.5.

Depends how bad you want your haemorrhoids to be... 20's on rubber bands are for you if you want it really bad ;)
