Advice on remote roof closure please- IS POSSIBLE !!

I think it would be worth exercising the forum's search function to breaking point Mo, just to see if you can find any reference to the person pvr mentions... Assuming it was posted on here.

I'm going to try the search after asking 'PVR' if he has any memory of the post and where he actually saw it. I feel as if this will become a bit of a mission for me.
It may take me time but I will explore it thoroughly, knowing that these features are on other cars I don't see why it is not possible for ours.
I will keep you posted.
It would be a great feature to have an alert function on certain threads so that every time there's an update or new post all interested parties receive an automatic pm or email. Do you think it would be beneficial ? Can we get it actioned ?

You can do that now, by clicking on "Subscribe topic" in the blue bar close to the bottom of the screen

Spoke with my Mod man and he says that my car has already got the roof open/close via key fob and that the electric folding mirrors he is fitting will be wired in a manner that should I leave them folded and I drive the car they will unfold automatically upon reaching 20 mph.
As to the folding /unfolding on lock/unlock he will let me know but suspects the module is capable of being coded ? He also said that the follow me home lights could be done without issue and the 3 blink indicator could be coded without too much issue. He will confirm all the points this week for me and I will update the thread when I have anything concrete and specifically the door mirror remote fold/unfold feature.
