Advice on after market wheel companies needed.

Many after market wheels don't suffer from cracking like some of the original kit fitted by BMW.
Nobody had mentioned it yet!

Wow a massive difference in colour, what a waste of everyone's time and money sending them out , Im not overly worried about wheels cracking or not as I've had many after market sets of wheels before with no trouble altough I know they can fail just like oem wheels, I just want to know when they arrive they have a proper cover of paint on them and their all the same colour , can't be too much to ask surly ???

The ones Mr Wilks sent back are better than mine! I've tried to capture it above but it's quite difficult as the camera makes them look brighter than they actually are, however you can still see that there's no shine at all because there's so little silver paint on them.

You can get them shipped from China on Alibaba.com for about £250 a set but I bought mine from a UK supplier as I wasn't overly sure on offsets and because I'd seen the recommendations I thought the quality would be good. In hindsight I think these guys are just importing them from China and doubling the price.

As with Mr Wilks, I've looked at other branded alloys for a similar price (£50 more) and they were light years ahead of these.

Ive had experience of precision metal parts manufactured in China - My advice do not!
They might look bright and shiny on the outside but do the metallurgy and it's a whole can of worms!

I can definitely see their more grey than silver, not good so seeming you purchased them brand new
