OP are you sure it isn't a Class N? Class N is non-structural/cosmetic. My damage was similar and I was class N, which meant I could simply replace panels and carry on.

I'm sure, cannot believe it but based on a couple of photos that is what they've said, outraged doesn't come close as damage is clearly minor and isolated to the wing, the damage report is unbelievable!!! Thanks all for your advice.
I know somebody with an E89 who suffered even less damage and the car was written off. Cat S again. Just needed a new headlight and little damage to bonnet. Engineer said chassis was twisted. Utter b*ll*cks
