Admitting OCD

I can't get into it as much as here, it's just not the same. It's also very scary :cry: :D

I have just started wet sanding mine to remove the orange peel, thats when it becomes scary :cry:

lol i can report is all going well, done the drivers side door and bonnet will post up a thread when is all completed :thumbsup:

Thanks Mitch - was great to be able to join with an armoury of decent photos, though they don't hassle newbies like we do over here :D

As for wet sanding, there's a thread on there at the moment by KDS about them doing a limited edition M3 to get rid of the orange peel. Amazing results, but the photos of a completely sanded car like that gave me serious heebie jeebies...

Think I will stick with reading up on machine polishing for a bit then nick Jan's for a couple of months to play :wink:

lol the first time i wet sanded my door i was pooing my pants,gave myself the heebie jeebies,i find the art of detailing is not to rush take time and you will get perfection:

kelly at kds is a master of detailing, i was watching the M3 earlier today very nice car,
here is one of his own M3 just been wet sanded results are just stunning, :thumbsup:
