admin help needed

i need some help from an admin-y-type person....as i seem to have locked my keys in my car.... so to speak

i tried to change my email address in my account domsz4 but now the account is locked, it wont sent me any kind of reactivation email, and just says to contact admin. but if im not logged in i cant PM or find any email address for admin (i guess i could have guessed at [email protected])

anyhooooo can some nice admin bod please let me back in as i want to come back to play.....
