Adjust rear quarter panel?

Hi.

I have looked at a Z4 and the gap between the rear quarter panel and the trunk lid is uneven.

the left rear quarter panel has been repainted due to a scratch.

The panels seems to be bolted on top.

Is it possible to loosen the bolts and adjust it a few mm?

They are bolted on so yes I guess it's possible. I hear some of the bolts are very difficult to get too though.

Think OP us talking about a coupe, so that one bolt on the roadster won't be an issue. Not sure if it's better or worse on a coupe though.

I would think there would be some movement though.

Well he should have said so!!! Lol

Well they should still be movable to align it up. But if it's been sprayed it might have been more damage than a scratch. And that's the best it's gonna be?
