As with most options in these cars, best to find a Z4 with the options you want, rather than looking to modify.
Some retrofits can be done, such as the wind deflector, or changes to the storage trays etc. I believe cruise control is even possible from some of the members on here...
Heated seats would require a new loom, a new switch module, then the heating elements themselves, which would mean buying a set of heated seats, or cutting into the existing to add the heating mats.
People have done it, but if you aren’t expert with car electronics and modification, then it will be much more cost efficient to buy a car with all the options you want.
If your budget is say £10k, spend £11k to get one with the heated seats, as a retrofit will run into the thousands I am sure.
The MSport seats alone are expensive.
Get quotes by all means, I could be wrong.
