activating options and servicing

Ahh, its always good to get a recomendation from someone that used the place - thanks!

The stealer I bought the car from is Park Lane (london) - they wouldn't deliver the car :( so I had to go all the way to London to pick it up - luckily my missus had to be there for a business so we killed 2 birds with one stone. They were quite decent and gave me a decent price for my car (wel, for a main dealer anyway).

My local stealer is Williams Liverpool. They fixed the cupholder alright and looked at the unstability at high speed (they said they found nothing) but their quotes for any work is frankly ridiculous and I wouldn't use them if I didn't have the warrenty. Quoted over £500 to put the cruise control :thumbsdown:
 
I contacted BMW Milton Keynes today to get a list of options but they said they can only do that if I book the car in to be looked at which will cost £38 just to give me the list!

ok car all done, had the 3 turn signals activated, the indicator flash when car unlocked, the door lock on driving away the windows lowering when the doors are opened and last but not least the hood lowering and raising all on the key fob. H&C say if you mention me Jeff when ringing they will do any or all (and there is more) for a one off cost of £40. like i said great fellas to deal with in maidstone 5 minutes off m20. tel 01622 752364 Steve or Gary.
 
Cheers, may well get round to that at some point. What year/build year is yours? Mine's an 04 by 03 I think so don't think it has the roof/key fob option.

if it helps - mines a March 2004 build and the roof works from the key after programming. Im sure others on here also have similar vintage or older cars with the same :thumbsup:
