Planning to get the AC Schnitzer double rear silencer "Racing" version, de cat and Gruppe induction.

Does anyone else have a similar set up? If so, please share your thoughts/pics.

Well i don't but that would certainly sound delicious!

The AC tailpipes look god awful if it's the ones i'm thinking!...

Great combo :thumbsup: Gruppe M sounds fantastic with Eisnmann back boxes :D Not to much but just right :thumbsup: Feels a little crisper to 8)

Use the stock converters and just gut them you mean? That doesn't sound right. You can buy ready made de-cat pipes, or have a good exhaust shop fabricate some for you. You'd need a remap to turn off the Check Engine Light which would come on though.

Installed the Gruppe last night. Sounds quite decent now :D

oy! they look lovely. I have the ACS mufflers (made by Remus) and they sound pretty good. Combined with the ACS CF diffuser it looks the business too. It smartens up the rear, but from the pictures I took from my Gooseberry in a dark car park it does not look all that good.

Sound wise its just the volume turned up to 11/12 and there is no booming at motorway speed. It does highlight the lack of induction noise though although it does make the "valve butterfly like noise coming from the engine bay less prominenet which is very welcome.

Thanks guys. I must say, after decatt, ACS, Gruppe M and tune (today) the car feels as though it has woken up. Feels even more more crazy than before. This is how the car should have come from the factory. :D
