I have emailed the Ace and they are saying that they're not sure what is happening at the moment. I will phone the owner nearer the time to clarify what we can do... if anything.

As this is a limited space event of approx 45-50 cars, please put your name down if you wish to attend.
There is parking outside on the road, but at your own risk.
