AC Fan Troubles

Hi Guys,

A couple of weeks ago my '06 had a dead battery. After getting it started up again, I noticed that the AC/Heat fans no longer work. The lights on the dials all light up, but when I adjust the fan speed, nothing changes. I am probably the least knowledgeable car guy in this place, so I have no idea what would cause a problem like this. Could it be just simple blown fuse?
 
It sounds like it may have gone into transportation mode which needs a visit to the dealer to sort out.
 
Yep Mr W is right , bought my Z in the same mode , needs full diagnostic to reprogramme , simple enough job but its main dealer or large indy .
backstreet guy won;t manage it :wink: cost me £60 to restore
Although with mine i knew on the testdrive as no light lit when fan button pressed for more speed ? ( aircon was inactive) if yours is lit it may be different fault ?
Think the rear demist is also a function that won't work if in transport/sleep mode
