I had three orange warning lights showing when I started the car this morning for it's usual maintainence run. ABS, handbrake and fault lights were on and would not go off. I read an earlier thread which seemed to point to ABS sensors or the expensive ABS pump. A mechanic friend took readings and the codes were 5DF0 and 5DF1. 5DF0 pointed to 'Hydraulic unit: pump motor' and 5DF1 pointed to 'Hydraulic unit: pump motor connector faulty'. We disconected the connector and found that there was a little bit of moisture in the terminals. We dried it of, reconnected it and the problem was solved. I know that others have had these codes that could lead them to an expensive new pump purchase, so worth checking the electrical connector first.
I have attached a link to a thread which deals with the same subject.
