ABS Pump

Got the ABS pump back from ecutesting repalired. Back on car and all three lights ABS DTC and handbrake are still on. Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved do I need to have the pump reprogramned. If so anyone recommend any one near Durham
 
Presume you have cycled the ignition at least three times.

Have you taken for a drive, and reset the lights?
 
After starting it up 3 times lights are now off. £275 including postage damn site cheaper than the couple of grand quoted by BMW garage. Thanks for the tip.

Good to hear you are on the right side of a problem! Great outcome compared to 10x the cost of BMW fitting a new pump, with the same risk of early failure.

As a pointer please, how did you prime the brake lines after refitting? Did you need to use INPA or just a good manual bleed?
 
probably cheaper just getting a used abs pump for like £50-100 thats what i did when mine failed. Who in the right mind is going to pay £2000 to bmw
