However, got a feeling I need to budget for discs. How much should I put to one side for full set of discs and labour (pads are as new) ?

List price for discs are about £180 each for the fronts (same price online) and £110 each for the rears (same price online) - so you're looking at close to £500 for parts.

Yes, that's where I got my prices from.They're not always the cheapest though, so only use it as a guide.
