Abandoned BMW Dealership

Hey all, just thought id post this up, spend the last few minutes reading about this place in Canada. A BMW dealer thats apparently been left untouched since 1988 with a 635csi and an E28 5 Series still factory fresh on the showroom floor.

Theres also talk of an underground storage area that may or may not hold a load of brand new mid 80s BMWs.

This dealer, trading as Citation Motors lost their BMW franchise in 1988 for unknown reasons and the dealership has been abandoned since then.

Anyone got a spare $3,600,000 to buy this place as its now up for sale. I think its great that its been frozen in time. Would be great just to walk around it.

Endras BMW is my local Dealership.
Used to be called Durham BMW.
It's located just east of Toronto in Ajax.
They sold me my Zed a year and a half ago. So I can vouch for that part of the story.

The rest of it I have never heard of before.
Never heard of Citation BMW.
The only closing of BMW Dealerships I can recall happened when BMW Motorad (Motorcycles) pulled their license's from the Mom and Pop Dealerships who had carried their Marque forever and consolidated their marketing to car dealerships.

A curious story though
