Wow.

£3k sounds very reasonable to fix that lot. A mate of mine was quoted around £400 to change the light bulb in the boot of his wife's Merc as it was highly inaccessible and needed so much labour to get at it.
 
If it's only £3k, then you'd want to know why the seller doesn't get it done himself and sell the repaired car?

Makes you wonder if the £3k is for parts only, or for fitting 2nd hand parts, or for just repairing panels or doing short-lasting SMART repairs instead of replacing them?

Why did he buy it in the first place if he was not in a position to repair it? Has he found more damage that he's not letting on to?

Although if he's looking for £11k, and you spend £4k on it, will it be worth the £15k as a Cat D vs £20k for a non-Cat vehicle?
 
I can't see 3k fixing that, looks like every panel has met with a hammer (including the roof), surely their insurer would have repaired it and handed it back ?
 
Mileage is around 55k-65k ... That's a little on the vague side!!! Whole thing is a bit odd.
