hello all, just like to inform you guys that i had to be forced to sell my pride and joy due to some rediculous increase in my insurance which went up to 3400 pounds with 5years no claims, i went through hours even days seraching for a cheaper insurance and the cheapest ive found was 1600 which was a one of payment which I cannot afford.

any ways ive decided that im goin to buy a another bimmer but have yet 2decide which one, so i would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to all forum member who made me feel so welcomed from day one and especially to those who constantly provided guildence and valueable information to me when needed.

I also have some z4 parts for sale, please lookout for the links that im posting up soon.

Did they just up your premium? Or are there some traffic infractions in the mix?

I really am very sorry to hear about that, insurance are such robbing sods, maybe at some point in the future you can buy another zed?

how many points/ convictions do you have?

That's ridiculous - you will be able to find cheaper (unless you've got 11 points or something)
 
Bloody joke, Mine went up £400 from last year (£800 to £1200), Not made any claims so asked them to explain and he couldn't understand the increase. Been with them over 4 years so asked if they would match by best quote and they said they can't do that any more.

£3400 seems pretty excessive
 
Yea its bulls, dey say my age pay a huge part to why its so expensive, idealy you would have to be over 25 to drive the car but im only 23.
i paid 2200 the 1st year den it went up to 2700 and now 3400 which is way too expensive, i wouldnt even pay that for an m3 lol or a z4m...

I fink im goin to buy a 320d msport e90 as its in my price range and also i have never own a saloon before, dont think i hav downgraded but driven experince i dont fink it will be as fun as da zed but ohh wells.
