A trot around the Trossachs Sunday 26th April 2020 (CANCELLED)

A new addition to the Z4 Scottish Chapter for 2020. :thumbsup:

Taking in a very scenic tour of some of the more remote and infrequently visited lochs to the north and east of Loch Lomond, this Sunday drive starts and finishes at Stirling. :driving:

A few lochs en-route are: Menteith, Ard, Chan, Arklet, Katrine, Lomond, Voil, Dolne and Lubnaig!

Starting at 09:30 and scheduled to finish around 16:30 this takes advantage of the extra daylight offered by British Summer Time to get there and back in daylight for many. :tumbleweed:

Hello everyone, we originally had this scheduled for late April but moved it forward to avoid a clash with the Welsh run (as we wanted to attend that one as well)...however the Welsh run has been moved due to logistics associated with catering... :tumbleweed:

So..we are now back full circle to our original date of the 26th April ...no plan survives first contact with the enemy... :headbang:

I would love to come along on this but getting stretched a bit thin around that time with one thing for another. It's a pity as I don't know that part of Scotland particularly well...maybe next year :thumbsup:

Dont think we can make this Peter,our lad and family go back to Oz on that day so will be on airport duty,

I've booked myself into the Premier Inn just south of Stirling for £34.50 for the Saturday night before the run..desperately trying to avoid Premier Inns but they tend to be just cheaper than the others..
