I met up with my friends from the local MX5 club at our local Tesco.
It was a bit cold and foggy when we set off.

I cycled that road last year in September. Artemishighland100 event 136k from kenmore to killin round the lochs etc. Bloody murder!!!
 
Some nice shots Malc, Looks like a nice day out, In some of the pics it looks like you just stopped in the middle of the road to take a pic and annoy the guys behind you :thumbsup:
 
Beauty .... :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: When I retire (pretty soon) I'm thinking about moving out to Vancouver Island to get some scenery like that... the prairies and the foothills here get a little tired after a while. Grrrr, jealous ....
 
Fabulous shots, you deserve an honorary post with the Scottish tourist board, looks like wonderful countryside to explore.
and mcbeee you may be jealous but i'm sure we'd love to explore some of your scenery and Vancouver Island is a pretty hot destination, plenty of envy here too :-)
 
I'de love to take an MX5 for a drive, just to see what all the fuss is about uncomplicated pure fun etc. :driving:

x2 - one of the places on my list to visit again - (went as a young child) - there is a place called middle beach lodge on Tofino - an beautiful place to stay

great photos to the OP - looks like a great day out!
