A regular use wheel cleaner

As above you do not need them if you keep the wheels cleaned on a regular basis do not let brake dust build up to much and bake to the wheel plus a good wheel seal or wax will help i just use my regular shampoo

Exactly what I was about to post. I clean my car every week, and it comes off easily with my normal shampoo. I don't trust any wheel cleaner personally, but I do wax the alloys to keep the elements away - I use the same wax as I do for the body, though the person who detailed my car uses RimWax.
