That road in the third pic looks like so much fun, such great visability

I think we need a thread with a list/map of roads like this.

This is where I get all my roads from:

Cheers, handy, seems I already know of one of the best roads, the B6278, but the B6306 will have to be tried now too 8)

Can you send me the route for this please? I'm not far from Bristol (as a starting point), so sounds like the ideal place to take the Z without racking up too many miles.

That first pic would look even better with a little photoshop.
Notice how the car seems quite bold in colour and everything else is almost washed out by comparison.
If you boosted this effect in Photoshop even more it would look great IMHO.
Or maybe even do the black and white background and car in colour trick, always looks good.
You'd have a cometition winning pic on your hands then I reckon.

:)

Just noticed this thread had popped up again! Cheers for the additional comments.

Here's a go at the photoshopping......

Know the roads well, went up there a few weeks ago myself altho you're lucky if you get a quiet run.

Used to own a house on the main road to Hay Bluff, very near the top - huge oak shutters if you spot it..
