Having had the wheels sitting around for a couple of months I finally fitted them yesterday. The suspension is standard m sport, it needs lowering a little in my opinion. Going from the standard 18s and rft tyres I found the 19s and normal tyres to be a nicer ride, and the tram lining has gone completely. V-happy :D

Very good looking coupe..There really are no better wheels for it than a set of 19" CSL's.

Phil, be interested to know which power station it is in the background, Nottinghamshire?

Hi Phil, thought so, I worked at Cottam, West Burton & High Marnham during the construction phase (shows my age!). We lived in Laneham, Retford and East Drayton a long time ago. Happy days.

You'll have travelled the road where the photo was taken many times then I guess. Rampton road, between Laneham and Rampton. I was brought up in Laneham and now live in Rampton.

Nice photo. Personally wouldn't be in a hurry to fit eibachs to it.
Why not the eibachs, do you mean it looks ok, or that there is a hidden downside to lowering? Just curious.

I put eibachs on mine and the ride turned teeth-rattling over pot holes, and made it almost impossible to navigate speed bumps without whacking the front bumper... kind of spoilt the drive to be honest. I think your car looks great as it is :D

My 4 years in Laneham was spent in 'digs' past the 'Anchor' (I think) pub, along by the river and up the small hill and it was the second house on the right. Used to have CTC on the side. remember when the Trent flooded used to have to go on back roads into Laneham. Small world.
