Amazed at how easy it is to remove both A pillar trims and the cross piece along the roof line! Only 4 screws!
I was initially looking to see if I could remove, apply some silicone and refit to stop some resonance and squeaks I think are coming from these areas, and looking at how they're fitted, it will def benefit to add a few dabs of silicone on the joints, but there's also plenty of room in there to place the freeview antenna! One in the A pillar and one in the top cross piece (supposed to mount 90* apart to get best reception.
Now I can't wait to get the last cable I need and start routing the cables in!
So, anyone thinking these parts might be squeaking, its a doddle to remove them. I even found a small part of a snapped craft knife blade in there, so that may have been rattling around causing some of the noises
