Thanks ! As I am the head coach of my age group I'd have to be sacked by the Chairman... And he bought me the beer :D

Hope you both enjoyed the trip.

shame about the result :poke:

Thanks Richard - great trip, fantastic bonding experience, however I am knackered. And yes, a shame mainly as it took the shine off it for Wee Bing... But also because we lost to a team who were so cr@p :(

Looking forward to all the banter this week

We was robbed

I'd love to agree Nosa, but shamefully I think we left it unlocked with the keys in the ignition

Got a few pics from the trip which I'll post later today

So much posession but so little reward.

Sorry to hear the trip was marred slightly by the result Bing. Am sure Wee Bing will have many happy memories Even if the score didnt appear as the icing on the cake.

Ireland v Wales yesterday - now THAT was a proper match

Agree with that. Wales losing the rest of their first choice back 5 is a worry though. Think the Scotland game will be close.

So does chapter 2 begin.... The long drive home following a real ass whooping at the hands of the men in white?
:fuelfire:

Ok so not so much an ass whooping as more of a slap and tickle. But a win is a win, bring on the Italians

It certainly wasn't a classic match, but I was very impressed at the way an inexperienced England team kept thier heads under all that pressure without giving silly penalties away, I don't think we could have said that last year.
Scotland need to find a way to make that last 5yrds or they will never win a thing beyaind a large wooden stirring device.

Was I the only one to find Pattersons comments regarding Denton hysterical.
'Born and raised in Zimbabwe but Scottish through & through I love way he brings his Afrikaans mentality to the game' or words to that effect.

I heard that too - honestly didn't have the slightest clue what the point he was trying to make was, just utter drivel.
