Thanks everyone. I'm a big fan of ///M's in red or white, more like a trad BMW race car.
Black has to be the best for the rest but it is a bugger to maintain. I know as I've got a very swirly looking X reg 330Ci....On a side note that car's developing rust blooms around the front wheel arches. Does anyone have experience of repairing E46 rusty arches and the costs involved? Maybe I should get onto an E46 forum but it's not a car I've ever felt excited enough about to share. Fast, quiet (apart from the tyre roar from 18") understated, supremely competent, but a bit dull.
