A few new tweaks... :D

I think you now need to get the knee-pads done in the same quilted alcantara.

I think silver would be the closest you'll get in a Sabelt harness, but even though I look at harnesses almost every weekend, I can't remember how 'light' they are.

I have. I'm going to get the leather inserts in the doors done in the same pattern/fabric as the seat centres. I did think about doing these in carbon, but it becomes complicated with the airbag behind them. I'd like to get some carbon highlights in the interior, but can't decide where. I guess it may just end up limited to the typical door handles/dash panel/speedo cluster as is already available elsewhere. But I haven't decided for certain yet, and I'd rather spend the money elsewhere first....

Btw, you can have the H&Rs ... finally. Only thing is I need to get the front ones removed from the standard shocks (as we removed them from the car as one complete unit). But they're off the car now. Maybe take the whole suspension leg and then you can remove them when you fit to your car, and I'll come and pick the shocks back up off you at a later date...

O.k get the door inserts done in the leather. But you could have the door card done in carbon. A Guy on EvoT does the work and seems very good!

Did you also think about having the dash done in Alcantara (SP)? I think that would look lovely like the Bond car.

Cool, I'll bell you over the weekend.

Think the inserts need doing in the dynamica to match the seats, but I think that's what you meant really ;)

I'll have to look on EvoT for this guy,n (do you know his name?) although having complete carbon door-cards i'm not so sure about. don't know why... but I'll see some examples of what he's done (and probably change my mind then!).

Have thought about the dash, and will get it done, but again it's lower down the priority list at the mo. The seats got done as they looked crap in the standard Recaro material and let the interior down a bit, but I can live with the standard dash for now.

Speak to you later!

I should warn that the leather door card inserts are plastic welded to the rest of the door trim, making it a real pita to separate them. I know as I took mine off to get them done red and had to cold chisel about 2m of weld off each. You also need to retain a burstable seam for the door aribag.
