A few more pics of the new car..

So I have finally managed to take a few more pics of the new (old) car. I love driving her, completely back to basics when the sun is out its awesome. I guess this feeling will continue until I am stuck by the side of a road waiting for the AA.

The amount of positive attention is amazing as well... :D

Now that Alfa is lovely! Well done, cracking little car, one on my must drive/own wish list!

 lovely old motor. I'd have to take that front plate off and put a new one on straight though :D

That is a thing of beauty, I wonder how much I could get for a kidney?

Its got a 2l engine, when it was new it was good for 130bhp so its fairly nippy. Twin delorto carbs, so it sounds nice and has a nice bit of torque. The boat tail Spiders are utterly gorgeous but also very expensive, these are the next best thing.

I had one of these many years ago. Bit of a strange one as it had the same square tail as yours with light covers but it had the earlier metal dash off the Duetto. Lovely car bought as a non runner. Only drawback was it was lhd.
The number plate on mine was offset under the bumper proper Italian style
We tried everything to get this started and virtually as we were about to abandon it we found a micro switch in the glove box that even the previous owner knew nothing about. Flicked that and it fired up!
My sister and brother in law have two alphas a 1300 GT Junior and a 2000 GTV

Exactly what I was going to say. I have a hatred for crocked number plates.

Achingly beautiful car.

The number plate doesn't bother me but the passenger side wiper would need to go. I'd replace the wipers with some chrome jobs.
