A Dilema

What do I do?

I've got a full set (or soon will have) of Vreds to go on my 108's but the front (Run Flats) have 5mm left on them and the rears 3mm.

Do I a) put the Vreds on now or wait 'til I've used a bit more off the rears?

Do I b) keep them - in case I trade in /up next year?

Do I c) sell them?

At my age I have that seige mentallity!

To hell with it put the Vreds on and sell the runflats. That's what I did and never regretted it not wearing out the runflats first.

I would go for option B, put the new ones on and keep the others for when you come to sell/ trade,

providing you have enough space to store them.

option b i had the same when i swapped out my head unit for a sd card reading one as long as you have the space , bmw usually knock the price down on trade in if you dont have runflats fitted

I have two front run flats in my garage with 6mm plus, so that's what I would do if I were you.

Same here - Vreds fitted yesterday and 200 miles covered today. No regrets whatsoever!

I'd go option B,depending how long you intend keeping the zed, when you come to trade in put the runcraps back on and depending on how much is left on the Vreds then sell them.I've still got a set of Falkens in the garage at the mo i'm debating wether to put them on the coupe as the runflats which are fitted are not to bad,Pirelli's on the rear and G/year's on the front far better than the B/stones.

Sell them! I sold my runflats on here a couple of weeks ago, only took a day to sell! Then use the money for more mods or just fun. We drive Zeds live for today and dont worry about a year away (trade-in etc...) :driving:
