Had a new roof motor fitted an all is well. Except. The rubber trim aroud was fitted and seals tight, but there is a seal on the top of the door pillar and where it joins the rear wing, there is just no dept to be able to use adhesive tapes to bond the rubber seal to the wing.
The adhesive that was removed was yellowish in colour, very rubbery and obviously quick to bond.
Any ideas what is used and what should be used?
I have tried double sided tape and also the trimmers foam tape. It stays in position for half hour then starts to come away from the wing.
Have taken a photo and will look now to see if I can find out how to upload.
