A/C Problem

Hi

I have a problem with my Z4 2007 year, my air condition was working fine and than one day I am not able to turn it on, also the blower can only have two speeds (the slowest and a little bit faster like 1 and 2) I tried everything, checking the fuses, checked if the air condition have enough cooling fluid, if I control computer I have 3 mistakes on the air condition system 255, 10 and some more i dont remember, also I connected the car to special computer and we were able to put the blower in test mode and it worked with full power also the commpressor started to work in test mode...what else can It be, control panel, should I try to buy one and try or maybe you have other ideas, I am out of ideas after two days of thinking and trying to find the problem.

I my situation there was no air condition and the blower only worked on position 1 and 2 also the rear window heating wasnt active, I visited bmw service today, 3 minutes of work and it is working fine again.
 
What did they do to fix it?

Transport Mode
To preserve the vehicle battery during vehicle transport, IHKA is deactivated. Transport
mode is set during vehicle production and must be disabled prior to vehicle delivery.
Transport mode is deactivated with the DISplus/GT1 under Service Function "Disable transport
mode."
