A Bucks Blast

Not quite the Brecon Beacons, but thought I'd post a couple of pics from this morning's run around a few Buckinghamshire B-roads with a mate. We started in Whitchurch and took the scenic route to Tring, although most of the picturesque stuff flew by the window as we couldn't be bothered to keep stopping. A new one on me, the run into Cheddington was very cool.

Back in London, snug as a bug in a rug. Until we hoon again...

Did you stop at the famous railway bridge near Cheddington where the great railway train robbery happened ?
There's some good roads around Ivinghoe and Tring. I'm only a couple of miles away.

It's old. The bobble is disintegrating due to topless speed and regular skiing faceplants.

Had no idea. Looking at where it is on the map, we just missed it! Ah well... a good excuse to go back soon on a "heritage tour".

Weather has been really horrible recently so it was good to get out today. Was following my friend's 3.0i auto - jeez, it really shifts! Definitely had the legs on me in a straight line.

My father asked me if we saw the memorial to the marines at Spean Bridge when we were on a forum hoon up that way... He wasn't impressed when I told him sightseeing wasn't my priority at mph :lol:

Not too bad - need a proper dash cam (and an S54 under the bonnet). The wind deflector is definitely doing something because you can only hear wind noise in the vids without it fitted!
