Just a quick thank you to this forum and all the people who have given there input into my topics regarding, which car to opt for and all my newby questions.
I finally purchased one on Tuesday after many, many months of looking and deliberating. I took all your comments on board (pushed my budget) and purchased an 2008 3.0si, black on black, 108's, fully spec'd up...sat nav, mfsw, electric heated seats, wind deflector and the biggy....cup holders!!
, 24k on the clock, FSH, MOT & taxed from feb 14.
The car was a credit to its owner, the engine bay was pristine when i lifted the bonnet, which put a smile on my face, along with the rest of the car.
Even though it still looked clean after the 4 & 1/2 hour drive back home, i spent 6 hours on Wednesday detailing it...and within 20 minutes the heavens opened and didn't stop all day :x i was itching to get some pics on here! i'll try again next week.
I have now got to muddle though all the functions on the sat nav/ aux/ phone and set it all up...didn't seem the easiest of systems while i was fiddling about with it.
