A big ask.....Can anyone lend me some wheels?

Hi,

I know this is a big ask, but is there anyone out there who might be able to lend me a set of wheels for my car to sit on while my wheels are being refurbished??

Doesn't matter if the tyres are knackered, it will be sitting in my garage, and not driven.

The refub place can't get my car in until September, but if I take the wheels in loose they can do them now, and I really want them done for the summer!

I live near Horsham, happy to drive to collect!!

Axle stands sounds like a good call. I would be happy to lend you my winters but Bolton is a long way from Horsham!

I'm in West Sussex, not too far from Brighton!!

Axle stands probably are the way forward, its down to a lack of bravery that I've not done it!!

I started yesterday, got the front up nice and high, but wasn't comfortable with how the stands sat on the jacking points.....they didn't seem secure in my mind.

Maybe I just need to be braver!!!

I've got one if you want it for a short while, I use it as a spare if needed.

Mine sat on axel stands for a few days when I got my wheels refurbed-no issues.

You will need 18" wheels to clear the calipers.
