I would say it's priced about right.
It is a 2004 car.
The miles are good.
It would be better if it had sports seats.

It’s priced to sell. Good opportunity for somebody to restore to standard and sell the extra bits.

Sub 50,000 mile 3 litre!
Looks too good to be true
If you wanted to put it back to stock the rear bumper and pipes would be worth quite a bit on their own

There are tons of ads on FB marketplace with pics stolen from elsewhere and cars priced suspiciously cheap. I would tread very carefully. If it looks too good to be true it usually is.

It’s a 20 yr old car, as with any car of that age its buyer beware, it could have accident damage, corrosion or all sorts of other downsides, so you drive it, inspect what you can and take a risk.

My point is I doubt it's a real ad.. I saw two different Merc SL ads the other day with identical photos in different locations with very limited descriptions. Then saw the actual ad on Auto Trader priced correctly (several thousand more) and in the real location.

A good tip on FB marketplace is to check their other listings. Tons of ads for suspiciously cheap cars from a so called private seller are a dead giveaway of something dodgy
