911R

Agree the exclusivity of some of these models (which are built alongside other cars in the range, I believe) is getting a bit silly, but you can buy a nearly new GT4 for under £80k with some negotiation now. Which is a crazy price, but not that crazy when you consider what else you can get for that money, and that it will almost certainly be worth that in 10 years.

Don't think I've seen a 991 in viper green, let alone the 911R. That's going to be mega!

Deliberately massively under-producing cars, that aren't exactly 'exotic', then allocating them to regular Porsche customers, or people who are prepared to bung their dealer principal a big enough wad of cash in an envelope. And if you think that doesn't happen you're naive. Just so that they can cash in and make a massive uplift on a car. Enriching a select few who have ingratiated themselvesmanufacturer .

Steve exactly this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Porsche Leicester had their allocated 2 911R's taken away from them due to selling to 'mates' buying back with a healthy profit to said 'Mates' then were going to put them in the showroom for ££££££££££££££
